FC Buffalo (now Le Havre) forward Kelsey Araujo has been honored as one of the league’s two Offensive Players of the Year by United Women’s Soccer, while she’s joined by FCB captain Carissima Cutrona on the league’s Best XIs.

Araujo (ANB Futbol / Niagara University) scored 10 times to go with eight assists for FCB this summer, including braces in our first regular season game and first playoff game. Kelsey was first team All-UWS, too.

Cutrona (Williamsville South / University at Buffalo) played all but nine minutes of our inaugural women’s season and led FCB with nine assists while chipping in four goals.

Having recently signed for Le Havre in France, we’ll be able to watch Kelsey in action well before our women’s side’s second season. We look forward to seeing what’s next from Carissima as well, hopefully in our shirt!

We are so thrilled for her to be honored and cannot wait to build on the success Kelsey’s helped us build in 2020.
