Le Rouge is headed to Buffalo in an attempt to paint the city red, but the blue and gold of the Blitzers plan to make their 2012 home finale a memorable one, on-and-off the field.
Saturdays 7 p.m. match will of course feature three crucial points up for grabs, but FC Buffalo and its sponsors have a slew of cool prizes that will be given to attendees of the match.
Admission, as always, is $5. The two teams drew in FCB’s home opener, 0-0, with Detroit City FC getting the best of the road-weary Blitzers, 3-0, in the two teams only maiden match in Michigan.
DCFC controls its own destiny with a two-point lead in the table with two games remaining before the division tournament in Erie. FC Buffalo can finish no higher than second and only holds a one-point lead over fifth place Binghamton for the final playoff spot.
