FC Buffalo suffered a dramatic home loss to Flower City 1872 on Monday, letting their 2025 record slip to 1-1 on the young USL W League season.
The team controlled the first half but could only convert one goal, as Erin Weir collected a Linda Ullmark deflected clearance and slung a low roller to inside the 1872 far post.

Flower City found its footing in the second half, seizing the midfield and winning numerous ball via a voracious press.
There was little time for a comeback when Flower City seized the lead with a minute left in the 90.
The USL W League schedule breathes for a bit, as FCB won’t play until a 6pm June 3 trip to Steel City, the first of back-to-back games in Pittsburgh.
