Carissima Cutrona set a club record for career goals with a hat trick performance in an 11-1 win over FC Berlin on Wednesday at Buffalo State College, a victory that assures FC Buffalo a playoff spot and keeps us atop the UWS East Division table.

Marcy Barberic and Ella Rudney each had a goal and an assist in the win, which saw FC Buffalo leading 6-1 at halftime.

Marissa Birzon started off the scoring, with Lianna van Sice, Victoria Colotti, and Tess Ford also getting on the score sheet along with two Berlin own goals.

Morgan Kulniszewski assisted two goals, while Erin Weir and Dani Vis also scooped up assists.

This sets the first-place, 6-0 Wolves up for a huge home Erie County derby match on July 1 at Williamsville South Athletic Field. Tickets are available here.

The men did not have good fortune down the I-90 for their away game in Cleveland.

The match was scoreless at halftime but a big mix-up early in the second half set the score line careening to a 4-0 defeat at Cleveland Force.

The men’s next home match comes at 7pm on June 27 live from Williamsville South Athletic Field against Toledo Villa FC. Get your tickets here.
