FC Buffalo is running a soccer kick around at Canalside this summer in conjunction with programming from the Explore & More Children’s Museum. The two-time event will run from 12-2 p.m. on Friday June 5 and Friday July 3 on the Great Lawn.
“Both Explore & More and our Canalside sponsor, Wegmans, know that healthy kids are active kids. That’s why we are thrilled to partner with FC Buffalo for some outdoor family soccer fun that will get kids moving at Canalside this summer,” said Jennifer Fee, marketing and public relations manager at Explore & More Children’s Museum.
Explore & More Children’s Museum was founded in 1994 by a group of parents in East Aurora to create quality programming for their children. Twenty years later, they continue to grow as they approach their move down to Canalside. For more information about the museum, click here.
“The chance to work with the Explore & More Children’s Museum on their Friday programming at Canalside was a no-brainer,” said FC Buffalo co-owner Ray Siminski. “As parents ourselves, the way that they engage children is something that we are proud to be a part of. We’re excited to see what they come up with next as they move into their new building at Canalside in 2016.”
