A gritty away effort from FC Buffalo in Pittsburgh went from three points to zero in a flash — in more ways than one.
Up 1-0 in the 76th minute on a first-half goal from Dakota Jonke, the referees called for a 30-minute lightning delay.

The game, which started 20 minute late thanks to weather and was played in a downpour for a large period of play, turned on its head after restart.
FC Buffalo left center back Pedro Salmon was sent off for a ‘last man back’ foul in the 84th minute and Steel City’s ensuing free kick took a wicked deflection to wrong-foot FCB keeper Jack Root, who had not allowed a goal for the first 174 minutes of the USL League Two season.
Steel City kept pressing and found a winner in the 88th minute when it headed a cross back across goal, a half-clearance then driven into the goal for a 2-1 home team win.
The men have just under a week to regroup before heading to Cleveland to face the Force on May 27.
