If you’ve had the fortune to see FC Buffalo warm-up for our home matches in 2014, you’ve seen Mitch Ilunga, fitness coach for Maximum Performance Sports Training. The fitness coach who holds an exercise science degree from Fredonia has led our team in a functional warm-up that gets the team ready to go.
The warm-up has been so beneficial to the players that the team has performed it before away matches when Mitch can’t be there. And so we’re proud to recommend MPST’s Soccer Performance Camp later this month at Delaware Park, where you will get an unorthodox training camp for your young athlete’s development.
