FCB announces roster moves

FCB’s next home match comes Friday, June 15 against Greater Binghamton. Admission is $8 at the door, $7 presale.

The National Premier Soccer League approved the addition of two players to the FC Buffalo roster ahead of the 2018 season, midfielder Bautista “Bauti” Pedezert and goalkeeper Marco Trivellato.

Both players spent time with FCB in 2017, though both faced international clearance battles.

Pedezert (Argentina / Niagara University) returns to FCB having played three seasons with FCB teammate Steve Casey at Niagara, where he’s put together four goals and four assists in 50 matches, all starts.

Trivellato (Padua, Italy / Canisius College) kept 11 clean sheets in two seasons under Griffs coach Dermot McGrane, earning MAAC Player of the Week honors and MAAC All-Tournament Team honors.

Also, captain Chris Walter has been cleared to resume full activity for FCB after two months out with an upper body injury.

Additionally, FCB wishes the best to defender Jens Roessler, who did not get cleared and is joining a club in his native Germany.
