Alomari hat trick leads comeback in Ohio

FC Buffalo midfielder Ali Alomari scored three goals as FC Buffalo rallied from an early deficit to beat Lorain County Leviathan at ForeFront Field in Avon, Ohio on Monday.

The mid-afternoon Memorial Day kick saw Lorain County take a 13th-minute lead through a solid finish from Stefan Velickovic, but goalkeeper Jack Root and the visitors in blue and gold shut the door over the next 77 minutes.

FCB defender Matty Doyle was fouled in the box before halftime and a Leviathan defender handled the ball to boot, sending Ali Alomari to the spot for a 1-1 score at the break.
