Two NPSL Buffalo alums to MLS?

We’re the new kids in town, but National Premier Soccer League entities in Buffalo have had some darn good players these past few seasons that we’ve enjoyed watching, and in some cases, working alongside.

After news earlier this month that former University at Buffalo and BCFC goalkeeper Bobby Shuttleworth re-upped with the New England Revolution, a former Buffalo flanker is making his way to the Colorado Rapids. According to GoErie.com, midfielder Andy Lorei is in the final stages of inking a deal with the MLS squad after spending time with Buffalo’s NPSL team in 2008 and then moving onto the USL’s Rochester Rhinos.

Join us this summer as FC Buffalo looks to earn an NPSL title and continue the tradition of exposing excellent young players to great heights in Major League Soccer.
