GUEST SERVICES BOOTH

Guest Services is located on inside Robert E. Rich All High Stadium. It is open when the stadium gates open until 30 minutes following the game to assist guests. Services offered at Guest Services include:

ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Robert E Rich All High Stadium offers several disabled seating locations. Seats may be purchased in advance or on game days at the Box Office window at Main Gate. Parking for persons with disabilities is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first served basis. Certified service animals or service animals in-training for guests with disabilities are welcome. (All other animals are prohibited.) All restrooms at All High Stadium are disabled accessible.

LOST AND FOUND:

Guests needing to claim or report lost items during a game should visit Guest Services at the main gate facing Mercer Avenue. Guests wanting to claim a found item must be ready to positively identify their item, have a photo ID, and sign for said item. Items lost at prior games are held in a locked storage area for 30 days and then donated to an appropriate charitable organization or destroyed if containing sensitive information.

LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS:

Lost children and Guests will be taken to Guest Services at the main gate, facing Mercer Avenue. Guest Services representatives will accompany lost guests to this location and keep in contact with other staff members in the building to ensure the party is reunited.

RESTROOMS:

Restrooms are available throughout All High Stadium, on the ground level. All restrooms are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Wheelchair escort service is provided by Guest Services. To receive a wheelchair escort service contact a Guest Services assistant upon arrival at the stadium.
